Screening
We partner with industry leaders in background verification to review each applicant and only offer those that demonstrate the legitimacy, qualifications, and capabilities to be a Resident of your Property. Such in-depth Resident selection is essential to having a positive and seamless rental experience.
We will provide you detailed reports on the most qualified applicants. However, Resident selection is ultimately up to you, the Owner. We believe it is your right to choose who becomes a resident of your property.
