Our Fee
Kallos believes in making things simple for you, the property owner. While most property managers hide their fees buried in a contract and hidden from public view, we are straightforward and upfront. Our fee is a single flat rate: 5% of collected rent, covering all standard management services. Tenant placement is included, vendor invoices pass through at cost, and there is no fee during vacancy. Our interests are aligned with yours by design: we earn only when you do.

Kallos' placement process delivers advanced tenant screening in combination with premier marketing and syndication, all to secure highly qualified residents quickly and compliantly. In fact, if we fail to provide you with a qualified resident within 15 days of syndication, you will receive your Resident Placement fee back in full.*
