SMS Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 5, 2026

Kallos Real Estate Inc, d.b.a. Kallos Property Management (“Kallos,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may send text messages (SMS and MMS) to property owners, tenants, vendors, and prospective clients who have provided their phone number. By using any Kallos service, including, but not limited to, use of the Site as defined in the Terms of Service or engaging as a prospective resident to view a Kallos managed property, you consent to receive such messages at the phone number you have provided, and you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.

Types of Messages

Kallos may send text messages related to informational, transactional, marketing, or other related purposes, including but not limited to: property showing confirmations and access instructions, maintenance and repair notifications, lease and onboarding updates, appointment reminders, account and payment notifications, and other operational communications related to properties managed by Kallos.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on property management activity.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Kallos does not charge for text messages, but your carrier’s standard messaging rates apply.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving marketing and promotional text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Kallos. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. Opting out of marketing messages will not affect transactional or operational messages sent in connection with active property management services, which will continue as part of the service relationship until the applicable management or lease agreement is terminated.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property management service or entering into any agreement with Kallos.

Privacy

Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Supported Carriers

Messages are sent using standard SMS protocols supported by major U.S. carriers. Kallos does not guarantee delivery on all carrier networks.
