Electronic Communications Agreement

By agreeing to this Electronic Communications Agreement (“ECA”), you consent to receive all communications from Kallos Property Management (“Kallos”) electronically, including but not limited to contracts, notices, disclosures, statements, and other documents related to your property management services.

Scope of Communications. This consent applies to all communications related to your Property Management Agreement, account statements, maintenance updates, legal notices, policy changes, and any other information Kallos is required or chooses to provide.

Method of Delivery. Electronic communications may be delivered via email, through the Kallos owner portal, or through other electronic means as Kallos may establish.

Hardware and Software Requirements. To access electronic communications, you will need a device with internet access, a current web browser, and a valid email address on file with Kallos.

Withdrawal of Consent. You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications by contacting Kallos in writing. Withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to provide certain services and may result in additional fees for paper delivery where applicable.

Updating Contact Information. You agree to promptly notify Kallos of any changes to your email address or other contact information to ensure continued receipt of electronic communications.
